Please read the following policy carefully before renting a motorcycle from us.

1. Damage Responsibility: When you rent a Car or Motorcycle from Happy World, you are solely responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the rental period. This includes damages to the motorcycle, accessories, and third-party property. It is important to inspect the car/motorcycle thoroughly before your rental period begins to note any existing damages. Failure to report pre-existing damages may result in the renter being held responsible for them.

2. Security Deposit: Upon renting a Car or Motorcycle, a security deposit will be collected. This deposit will be refunded to you upon the safe return of the motorcycle, provided there is no damage or loss. The amount of the security deposit may vary based on the car/motorcycle model and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

3. Damage Assessment: In the event of damage to the car/motorcycle, Happy World will conduct a thorough assessment to determine the repair costs. The renter will be responsible for covering all repair expenses, including labor and replacement parts, up to the amount of the security deposit. If the repair costs exceed the security deposit, the renter is obligated to pay the remaining balance.

4. Optional Damage Waiver: Happy World offers an optional Damage Waiver (DW) at an additional cost. By purchasing the DW, you limit your financial liability in case of accidental damage to the car/motorcycle. The DW covers a portion of the repair costs, and the renter will only be responsible for a reduced deductible amount, as specified in the rental agreement.

5. Third-Party Liability: Renter agrees to assume all liability for any third-party claims resulting from the use of the rented car/motorcycle. Happy World is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused to third parties during the rental period.

6. Reporting Accidents and Damage: In the event of an accident or damage to the car/motorcycle, the renter must immediately report the incident to Happy World and the local authorities. Failure to report accidents or damages promptly may result in additional charges and legal consequences.

7. Compliance with Laws: Renters must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations while operating the rented car/motorcycle. Any violations resulting in fines or penalties are the sole responsibility of the renter.
